Managed services

Managed services for product data

You want to hand over a recurring data process. As a managed service, excodata carries out the agreed steps regularly. Together, we define input data, output, frequency, exceptions and limits of responsibility.

For recurring processes. Scope and terms are quoted after qualification.

FAQ

Is there a standard price?

You receive an individual quote after we review scope, frequency, volume, exceptions and responsibility boundaries with you. There is no flat standard price.

Can you take over an existing manual process?

Yes, if input data, output, rules and exceptions are sufficiently clear. A structured review of the process may be needed before taking it over.

Is a technical integration included?

We scope any required interface or system connection separately as a custom solution. It is not automatically included in the managed service.
