We create your BMEcat catalogue from it, following the agreed recipient requirements. You receive the catalogue, check results you can understand, and clear notes on details that are still missing.

Clarify the starting point and the goal
You tell us your data source, the approximate number of articles and the intended recipient. We include existing requirements and your preferred date.
Review the data basis and agree the scope
If needed, we arrange a protected preliminary review. Before you commission the work, the offer sets out the result, scope, price and date.
Create, check and hand over the catalogue
After commissioning, we map your data, create the BMEcat and check the agreed scope. You receive the catalogue with check results and any points that are still open.
Price and volume discount
EUR 59 net per catalogue plus EUR 0.02 net per article.

Volume discount

10 catalogues with 8,000 articles each cost 10 times EUR 219, which is EUR 2,190. Less 20% that is EUR 1,752 net per run.

Common questions
What does BMEcat creation cost?
The formula, examples, volume discount and onboarding are set out in the section Price and volume discount. The price becomes binding in the offer before you commission the work.
Do we need a PIM system for this?
No. Existing Excel data can be the starting point. We check whether the structure and content are sufficient for the agreed catalogue. CSV files and exports from ERP or PIM systems are also suitable.
What happens if product information is missing?
We name the missing information and explain which of it is required for the intended use. Missing product information is not invented. Additional content added by excodata has to be agreed separately.
Is the quality check included?
Creation includes a check of the agreed delivery scope. You receive clear notes on the checks carried out, data gaps and deviations.
Is acceptance by our customer guaranteed?
There is no blanket acceptance guarantee. We implement the requirements agreed in advance that can be met with the data you provide, and we check the agreed scope.
Can we commission only one catalogue to start with?
Yes. A one-off creation is possible. If you later need regularly updated catalogues, we can agree ongoing delivery separately.
