The service only starts with agreed data sources, keys and quality prerequisites. Target structure, deliverables, recipient rules and acceptance are defined specifically. Additional data revisions, product ranges or recipients are not automatically included.

Responsibility and exceptions

Excodata is responsible for the agreed process steps. Unless otherwise agreed, the customer remains responsible for the source data provided, usage rights and specialist approvals. Missing or contradictory data is not silently invented.

Frequency and operations

We agree delivery dates, cut-off times, retries, monitoring and incident handling for your process. Data volume, recipient rules and necessary checks determine the effort required. These form the basis of the individual offer.

FAQ

Can the service support multiple recipients?

This is possible if each recipient, their rules and the additional effort are included in the scope.

Who corrects faulty source data?

Identifiable discrepancies are handled or reported back to you according to the contract. Responsibility for correcting source data is agreed in the scope; unlimited editorial correction is not included.

Can the process be automated later?

Yes. Stable recurring steps can be further automated through a custom integration or software component if the effort and benefit justify it.
