The workshop is not individual consulting or an analysis of your data or systems. In particular, it does not include:
- checking or processing a customer file
- field mapping, classification or feature enrichment
- assessment of a specific ERP, PIM, distributor or platform process
- data correction, conversion or BMEcat creation
- project planning, solution architecture or certification
- legal, tax or certification advice, or a commitment that a recipient will accept your data

How enquiry and scheduling work
Direct purchase or self-service booking is not currently available. This is how an enquiry works:

Send an enquiry: submit an enquiry for the option you have chosen.
excodata receives the enquiry.
Further coordination follows afterwards.
Scheduling takes place after the enquiry. Available times remain non-binding until the appointment is confirmed.
An order is created only after an explicit agreement. An enquiry alone is not a purchase and not a booking.
Changes and cancellations
Because there is currently no online purchase, there is no self-service way to reschedule or cancel an already purchased workshop.

Do we need prior knowledge?
No. The workshops are expressly intended to include people without a technical background.
Is the price per person?
No. The price is per company for up to six participants and is net, plus statutory VAT.
Can we have our own files checked in the workshop?
Separate expert services and project paths are available for checking customer files or individual analysis. The workshop teaches the fundamentals; checking your own files is not included.
When do we choose the appointment?
After the enquiry. The appointment is agreed personally; there is currently no self-service booking path.
Can we reschedule?
After an agreed delivery, you arrange changes directly with excodata. There is currently no self-service rescheduling or cancellation.
Is the combined workshop just two sessions put together?
No. It explains the basics of both standards and, in particular, how they work together in a product data process.
What if no appointment fits?
If no suitable time is available after the enquiry, no order is created. We will agree the next step with you.
