One-off expert service with direct purchase
For an existing BMEcat 1.2 or BMEcat 2005 file with T_NEW_CATALOG. You receive an expert-reviewed PDF report, an XLSX list of findings and a prioritised action plan.
Price: EUR 490 net, plus statutory VAT
Delivery: five business days after acceptance of a processable file
Limits: no more than 10,000 articles and 100 MB; no corrections or recipient certification
ETIM readiness analysis
Standardised enquiry with a manual fit check
For companies that need clarity on their available data, its suitability for mapping and the next steps before ETIM classification or feature enrichment.
Price: EUR 1,490 net for the standard scope
Delivery: seven business days after file acceptance
Limits: up to 5,000 products, up to 50 relevant source fields, one primary language; no full classification or enrichment
An ETIM pilot for your product data
In a limited project using selected product data, we assess assignment to ETIM classes and features. You receive expert-reviewed results in the agreed format.
Before making an offer, we assess the data, product area, usable ETIM version and desired result. We only accept the order once the agreed steps, including expert review and export, are feasible.

The product selection is for preliminary assessment and is not a fixed service package. Price, payment schedule and delivery time are quoted individually.
What we need for the preliminary assessment
Describe your product range, product count, available data fields, primary language, desired ETIM version and target result. Do not upload product files yet. Protected upload access is only provided after explicit order acceptance.
Operations and implementation
Managed services
For recurring data validation, transformations, catalogue deliveries or platform processes, input data, output, frequency, exceptions and limits of responsibility are defined in a binding agreement.

For an enquiry, details of your goal, scope, format and starting point are enough. Product data is only provided after purchase or explicit order acceptance, through a protected upload linked to the order.

BMEtoolbox is excodata’s self-service software. You handle supported BMEcat tasks yourself. With expert services, excodata carries out the agreed specialist work and delivers the defined result.
Why is there a preliminary assessment before ETIM readiness?
For ETIM, the data format, product area, target version and goal need to fit the analysis. The format and scope of the BMEcat quality analysis are already defined.
How does an ETIM pilot differ from an analysis?
An analysis evaluates your starting point. In a pilot project, selected product data is processed, proposals are reviewed by specialists and approved results are exported. We agree the precise scope after the preliminary assessment.
When is a managed service a good fit?
When a clearly defined data process recurs regularly. This does not automatically include a one-off analysis or a custom integration.
