How we define your pilot’s scope
For the preliminary assessment, we consider 100 to 500 representative products from one product area. We agree an ETIM version, a primary language and the output format, then assess whether the data supports the desired assignments. This selection is not a fixed service package. An offer follows when processing, expert review and export are feasible for the agreed scope.

The ETIM readiness analysis first assesses data coverage, field mapping potential and implementation readiness. It is the better starting point when the product range, fields or target outcome are not yet clearly defined.

Can I order ETIM classification directly?
No. Start by describing your product area, available data and goal. After the preliminary assessment, you receive an individual pilot offer if the task is feasible.
Why is expert review necessary?
Product information can be ambiguous or incomplete. Class candidates must be checked against the available evidence and explicitly approved.
How does this differ from the ETIM readiness analysis?
Readiness assesses whether data and processes are prepared for implementation. The pilot processes a qualified set of data with the aim of producing concrete, expert-reviewed results.
