Notes on price and payment
- If you pay for the year in advance, you pay 10 % less.
- Without change hours we offer the preparation at the stated price. Adjustments are then charged by effort at EUR 120 per hour, date by arrangement.
- The one-off setup is added: from EUR 490 for the first supplier and from EUR 290 for each further one, fixed in the offer, including a preliminary check of the data quality.
- More suppliers, more than 75,000 articles per supplier, further outputs or larger volumes of change hours are available on request.

How the price is composed
A distributor with three suppliers of up to 75,000 articles each chooses the size Up to 3 suppliers. When paying for the year in advance, the month becomes cheaper. The one-off setup is added.

Preparation is calculated per supplier by number of articles in whole euros. Without change hours you pay EUR 297 per month, EUR 267 with annual payment. The prices with change hours are rounded up to full EUR 10. The discount applies to payment in advance for one year.
Payment, term and notice

The change hours apply to the whole period and can be distributed over the months as needed. Unused hours expire at the end of the period. Additional hours are only incurred after your approval, cost EUR 120 per hour and are invoiced at the end of the month.

For more than 6 suppliers or more than 75,000 articles per supplier we charge these prices for preparation per supplier and output, plus change hours. If a supplier is provided in several outputs, for example for shop and ERP, you pay 40 % less for every further output. We state the price in the offer.

The fixed price includes one source file, one coordination round, two correction loops and acceptance. For several suppliers with simple connection, setup costs 490 EUR for the first supplier and 290 EUR for each further one. Beyond that by effort at 120 EUR per hour.
Terms briefly explained
- Preparation: we collect your supplier’s data every day, convert it and check it. This is the basic service per supplier and output.
- Feed: the file with product data, prices or stock levels that a supplier provides.
- Output: the file or interface in which we provide the prepared data to you, for example for your shop or your ERP.
- Change hours: working time for adjustments, for example new fields or mappings. Additional hours are hours beyond that.
- Format change: a supplier changes the structure of its file. Up to 2 hours per quarter and supplier are included in the package; beyond that they count against your change hours or are offered by effort.
- Standby during company holidays: we continue to check incoming reports and faults; the response can then take up to 72 hours.

Are the prices binding?
The prices on this page are an initial estimate. The written offer after clarifying your suppliers and article numbers is binding.
Can’t I build the data preparation myself with AI?
Producing a single file is rarely the problem. The daily process is: the run has to arrive, prices and stock levels have to be correct, and when a supplier changes its format someone has to react. We take care of that, with a first response within 48 hours on working days.
What happens when the supplier changes its format?
The package includes the response up to 2 hours per quarter and supplier. Larger changes run through your change hours or a fixed-price offer.
How long am I committed?
With monthly payment at least 3 months, then 4 weeks’ notice to the end of the month. With annual payment one year with 1 month’s notice to the end of the year. Changes to the package, the scope or the payment period apply from the end of the current period.
Can I first have it checked what the takeover costs?
Yes. The supplier data check costs from EUR 290 net and is credited at 100 % if you order within 60 days.
What about manufacturers and catalogs?
For manufacturers with BMEcat catalogs there is the catalog service with a validation report before every data delivery.
Is VAT added?
All prices are net, plus statutory VAT.
