Compared with in-house work: if your team maintains catalogs itself, its own working time per run and recipient is added. Example with assumed values: twelve hours per run at EUR 60 are EUR 720 per run, without a validation report.

For this scope we prepare an individual offer. Tell us your catalogs and article numbers.
Indicative value, net. The calculator assumes that every catalog contains the entire assortment. If catalogs contain only parts of it, we set the price in the offer based on your data. If a further format is added later, we state the price in the offer.
Notes on price and payment
- Price per run when paying for the year in advance. With quarterly payment the run costs slightly more.
- The one-off onboarding is added: EUR 490 per manufacturer for up to 3 formats, including recipient profiles and a preliminary check of the data quality. A format is a recipient’s specification, for example BMEcat or CSV. Further formats are available on request.
- Article lines beyond the booked volume are charged per started 10,000 lines at the slope of the stage curve, EUR 163 to 186 when paying for the year, with no surcharge per catalog.
- More than 300,000 articles per run or monthly runs are available on request.

The list price is EUR 59 per catalog plus EUR 0.02 per article. The volume discount applies per run: 10 % from 5 and 20 % from 10 catalogs. In the package the package discount is added, depending on how long you pay in advance. The stage prices are derived from these values; in between, the price rises evenly.
Sizes and formats
What counts is the size of the assortment: the sum of the article lines of all catalogs in a run (a product in three catalogs counts three times). The stages of 40,000, 80,000, 160,000 and 300,000 articles per run are base prices. In between, you book in steps of 10,000 articles and the price rises evenly. A fixed number of catalogs is not specified.
A format is a recipient’s specification according to which a catalog is built, for example BMEcat 1.2, BMEcat 2005, BMEcat ETIM, DQR or CSV. The onboarding covers up to 3 formats; further ones are available on request.
Payment, term and expiry
The package comprises one run per quarter. You pay in advance for a quarter or for a year. The term corresponds to the period for which you pay: quarter with 1 month’s notice to the end of the quarter, year with 1 month to the end of the year. A change of size is possible at the end of each period.
With the package you book an upper limit of articles per run and a number of runs. What you do not use in this period expires without refund and is not carried over to the next period. You receive the package discount for committing in advance.
Rule of thumb: a package is cheaper than single runs if you use at least about 90 % / 85 % of the booked volume (with quarterly / annual payment). Therefore choose the size so that you use it fully. For volumes clearly below the booked size, single runs are usually cheaper.
If you need more article lines in a run than booked, we charge the additional volume per started 10,000 lines at the slope of the stage curve, EUR 163 to 186 when paying for the year. There is no surcharge per catalog. The rest of the run remains in the package price.
Single run without commitment
If you only need catalogs occasionally: EUR 59 per catalog plus EUR 0.02 per article, without commitment. For larger runs the volume discount applies (10 % from 5, 20 % from 10 catalogs per run). You order the run when you need it.

Partial use: if you only need 7 catalogs with 56,000 articles in a run, that costs EUR 1,379.70 as a single run. The annual package of size M costs EUR 1,489 per run, even if you do not use the volume fully. Unused volume expires. In this case the single run is cheaper. A package pays off when you use the size to a large extent.

Onboarding per manufacturer as a fixed price, one-off, for package and single run: EUR 490 for up to 3 formats, including recipient profiles and a preliminary check of the data quality. If a further format is added later, we state the price in the offer after we have seen your data and the recipients’ specifications.
